One of the best ways to utilize superhot peppers is to create your own chili pepper salt blend. We usually choose a superhot 1m+ scoville pepper like the carolina reaper and a hot 300k+ scoville pepper like habanero for the best balance.
In our 2023 version we had a 5/5/90 blend of:
- Carolina Reaper 1.6m+ Scoville
- Golden Habanero 300k+ Scoville
- Stone Table Salt
